1. GENERAL

1.1 At Neeks Cosmetics, all products sold are final sale. Due to the nature of cosmetic products and hygiene considerations, we do not offer cancellations, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, shade preference, or personal dissatisfaction.

1.2 A faulty product is defined as an item that, at the time of delivery, is found to be damaged, defective, or not in its intended functional or physical condition.

1.3 An incorrect product is defined as an item that materially differs from the product originally ordered, including but not limited to discrepancies in shade, formulation, quantity, or packaging.

2. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

2.1 Notification Timeline
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must notify Neeks Cosmetics within 48 hours of delivery. Claims raised after this period will not be accepted.

2.2 Reporting a Defect
To report an issue, please contact us within 48 hours via:

You must provide:

  • Order number or proof of purchase
  • Clear photos and/or videos showing the defect or issue
  • A brief description of the problem

2.3 Verification & Review
All claims are subject to internal verification. Neeks Cosmetics reserves the sole right to determine whether a product qualifies as defective or incorrect.

2.4 Resolution
At our discretion, and only if a claim is approved, we may offer a replacement of the same product, subject to availability. No refunds, exchanges, or store credits will be issued.

2.5 Return Shipping (If Applicable)
If a return is approved, customers are responsible for all shipping and customs charges unless otherwise communicated in writing by Neeks Cosmetics.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY

3.1 No Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. Customers are advised to review their order carefully before completing checkout.
